Overview
In this role you drive global transparency and harmonization of the flavor portfolio to support rapid product development. You will establish governance over flavor lifecycles and manage global libraries to accelerate NPD. As Global Process Owner for digital tools like SAP, you enable consistent portfolio systems and reliable KPI reporting. You lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain, shaping a high-growth, international flavor business.

Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- ~6+ years of experience in the food / flavor industry
- Experience in flavor sourcing, sensory science, or portfolio management
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
