Overview

As Product Data & Food Law Professional, you ensure accurate data handling for raw materials and new product developments, with a focus on food law compliance. You will create and review product documents and maintain SAP data, supporting efficient, compliant product development. You will respond to internal and external inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international group. This role combines data management with regulatory know-how to enable safe, high-quality beverages and flavors.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Data maintenance and approval of raw materials considering food law aspects
  • Data maintenance and approval of new product developments (beverages and flavors) with food law aspects
  • Creation, review, and editing of product documents (sample information, specifications, declaration recommendations)
  • Creation and maintenance of product data in SAP
  • Processing product-related, food law-related, internal and external inquiries

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Completed commercial training (HLW/HBLA or studies in the food sector are an advantage)
  • Interest in food law is a must, initial experience is an advantage
  • Accurate, structured, and independent way of working
  • Very good analytical thinking skills
