- Translate business outcomes into AI solutions that are secure, governed, and aligned to platform best practices.
- Build and extend Now Assist skills, AI Agents, and agentic workflows, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
- Lead AI delivery across at least one product suite beyond core platform work.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in ServiceNow domain with meaningful recent time building AI-enabled solutions in production.
- Proven applied AI craft including prompt engineering, retrieval patterns, and responsible AI judgment.
