Senior Manager Analytics

AI Connect are partnering with an international business to help them hire a Senior Analytics Manager. You will be responsible for all analytics across the business with a specific focus on marketing, customer insight and sales analytics.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team of Analysts and Data Scientists responsible for attribution and forecasting modelling, data analysis / visualisation and some digital analytics / customer journey work.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Leading and guiding a team of analytics professionals, providing knowledge, guidance and support to enable them to achieve their goals.
• Build an analytics centre of excellence, developing a centralised analytics hub which provides reports, insights and visualisations for the wider business.
• Hands on knowledge across a range of analytics activities such as data analysis (SQL or Python) and statistical modelling (attribution, forecasting, econometric or equivalent).
• Developing deep marketing and sales insights to enable the marketing team to understand what customers they want to target and what method to engage with them. (Email, Print, TV, Radio or Social).
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills. Provide more business focused stakeholders with relevant insights and able to tell a story through your teams analysis.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
• Knowledge of digital / web analytics and understanding customer journeys highly advantageous.
