Your mission & challenges
You provide technical leadership for the design team, own the mechanical development status, and bring the design to series maturity on schedule.
- Providing technical leadership and coordination for the design team
- Owning the design status, bills of materials, and release processes
- Ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets in mechanical development
- Conducting design reviews and coordinating with architecture, simulation, and industrialization
- Advancing design guidelines and CAD methodology
What we're looking for
- Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable
- Several years of design experience, ideally with technical leadership responsibility
- Very good CAD and PDM/PLM skills
- Experience taking prototypes into series production
- Assertive, structured, and team-oriented
