AI Futures fills the AI skills gap. It has been retained to hire a Senior Machine Learning Consultant for a global technology company headquartered in Germany, which develops AI and ML solutions for enterprise use across healthcare, the public sector, and automotive.
Задачи:
- Design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for complex enterprise business problems
- Translate customer requirements into robust AI architectures and production-ready solutions
- Develop end-to-end ML systems focused on LLMs and Generative AI
- Deploy AI solutions into enterprise IT landscapes, considering security, scalability, and regulatory requirements
- Lead technical workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Partner with engineering, product, sales, and consulting teams to shape AI opportunities and support technical pre-sales
Требования:
- 5+ Years' experience across Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science, and/or AI Consulting
- Strong Python skills and experience building production-grade ML systems
- Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Transformer architectures
- Strong experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, MLOps, and modern software engineering
- Experience integrating AI solutions through APIs and deploying scalable ML systems
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
- German and English
- Nice to have: Hugging Face, technical pre-sales experience, RAG experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
