I'm exclusively partnering with a pioneering robotics company in Munich that's building next-generation humanoid systems and is now looking to appoint a VP of Robotics .
This is a rare opportunity to join an exceptionally well-funded business at a pivotal stage of growth, taking ownership of the robotics organisation and helping define the future of intelligent embodied AI.
As VP of Robotics, you'll be responsible for shaping the technical vision, scaling world-class engineering teams, and driving the development of cutting-edge robotic systems from concept through to deployment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company's robotics strategy and technical roadmap.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across robotics software, perception, planning, controls and systems engineering.
- Build and mentor engineering leaders while creating a high-performance technical culture.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology with product and commercial objectives.
- Drive the delivery of robust, production-ready humanoid platforms.
We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive leadership experience within robotics or autonomous systems.
- A strong technical background in areas such as robot perception, manipulation, motion planning, controls, SLAM or robot learning.
