About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and execution of core engineering initiatives as the company builds next-generation LLM-powered marketing and advertising technologies. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and cross-functional delivery.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and execution of major internal engineering projects.
• Define technical standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate and introduce technologies that improve scalability, reliability, and developer velocity.
• Partner with AI teams to design systems that integrate LLMs into production environments at scale.
• Own technical roadmaps and translate complex initiatives into actionable engineering plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows across engineering, AI, product, and design.
• Drive alignment, remove blockers, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
• Bring structure to ambiguous or zero-to-one technical challenges.
• Contribute directly to codebases, particularly in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and supporting backend systems.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and uphold high technical standards.
• Lead complex debugging, performance optimization, and architectural refactoring efforts.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentorship to full-stack engineers.
• Support and strengthen a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Influence hiring and onboarding as the team scales.

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of full-stack web development experience with end-to-end system ownership.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern full-stack architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership: architectural ownership, leading initiatives, or mentoring engineers.
• Ability to switch between high-level architecture and hands-on coding.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action.
