Employee Experience Engagement

The team develops initiatives to enhance employee engagement within our digital workplace, focusing on tools like ‚Smart Connect‘ and ‚Career Marketplace.‘ Responsibilities include developing campaigns, conducting workshops, supporting onboarding, collaborating across departments, creating content, and gathering employee feedback.

Selection Process in Canada

Application typically takes around 32 days, involving:

1. Eligibility check: Master students (must remain students during internship), recent Bachelor graduates (within 2 months of graduation)
2. CV screening
3. Selection process
