IMPORTANT: The contract will be signed for 6 months + 6 months with the possibility of extension. One needs to be either a bachelor graduate not more than 2 months before the internship start date or needs to remain Master\’s student status throughout the internship period. Second Master\’s, current Bachelor\’s students, and Bachelor\’s graduates more than 2 months are not allowed to apply!
Role Overview
The People Experience Team is looking for a colleague that will boost our internal Career Marketplace which enables all 600,000 colleagues to find relevant jobs and learnings based on their skills and aspirations. As this platform is rolled out to all employees in DHL Group, we now want to improve the overall experience of the Career Marketplace, bring it even closer to our colleagues\‘ lives, and promote it accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Support the People Journey on how colleagues learn & grow within DHL Group.
- Test and conceptualize UX improvements to enhance the usability of the Career Marketplace.
- Support the implementation of a feedback mechanism for important moments.
- Create how-to guidelines and videos for our Knowledge Platform.
- Support and implement a concept on how learnings are offered on the platform.
- Overall program management support & organization.
Recruitment Process
- Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain a student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship).
