Innerhalb unserer Abteilung Claims ist eine befristete Teilzeitstelle als

Aushilfe für den Bereich Claims A&H (w/m/d) – Grade 0

zu besetzen. Wir möchten geeigneten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern die Möglichkeit geben, sich auf diese Stelle zu bewerben. Jede interne, lokale Stellenausschreibung erfolgt vorbehaltlich des Konzern-Approvalprozesses.

Aufgabengebiet:

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen innerhalb der zugewiesenen Vollmachten, auch mit internationalem Bezug, und Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen und korrekten Schadenregulierung
• Deckungsprüfung, Analyse von Versicherungsumfang, Versicherungsbedingungen und Anspruchsberechtigung
• Erkennung von Betrugsindikatoren sowie ggf. Weiterleitung an entsprechende Stellen
• Pflege der Schadenakten und Dokumentation in den internen Systemen

Anforderungsprofil:

• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Schadenbearbeitung, idealerweise im Bereich Unfall-, Kranken-, Geschäftsreiseversicherung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Versicherungsbedingungen, der es ermöglicht, den Versicherungsschutz umfassend zu bewerten
• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie strukturierte, proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sichere Ausdrucksweise in der schadenbearbeitenden Kommunikation
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen und MS Office
• Sehr gute deutsch und englisch-Kenntnisse
