As we expand in Germany, we are looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager to join Harald Seibold’s team and drive growth in the fashion, lifestyle, and sportswear segments while leveraging our strong presence in outdoor retail. Your role will be to maximise sales, profitability and distribution of Aigle products on the dedicated sales area by managing and developing business with existing accounts, as well as opening targeted new accounts in line with the company plan and distribution strategy. Aigle wants to diversify our product range (today is mainly rubber boots) and clients profils (develop our lifestyle & outdoor footprint).
Our German team is made of 7 talents, 3 in our Dusseldorf HQ for customer service, our Head of Sales and 3 area managers. The team works closely with our Global HQ in France.
Your Mission
As our Area Sales Manager (West Germany), you will be responsible for:
- Developing and expanding Aigle’s presence in the fashion, sports, and lifestyle apparel sectors while monitoring the performance indicators of your scope (turnover, volume, product presence rate, Market Shares);
- Managing and growing our wholesale network in North Rhine-Westphalia, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate (and surrounding regions)
- Building strong relationships with key accounts in fashion, footwear, outdoor retail
- Identifying new business opportunities and securing placements in premium lifestyle and footwear stores
- Executing sales strategies and seasonal campaigns to maximize brand visibility and market share
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience in fashion, sports, lifestyle, or outdoor industries
- Knowledge of the footwear retail landscape is a big plus
- Previous experience withing hunting, farming, gardening, or DIY retail is advantageous
- Passion for premium, functional apparel and the ability to position Aigle as a lifestyle brand
- A positive energy, you spread to those around you and make customer satisfaction your top priority
- Sales mindset with ca-do spirit together with strong negotiation and communication skills
