Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Manage and interact with the installer community (website, social media groups), enhance community engagement, and increase user loyalty.
- Marketing Materials Creation: Coordinate internal resources to provide installers with the necessary product marketing and promotional materials, based on their needs.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan installer community activities, develop incentive mechanisms, and collaborate with regional marketing managers to execute joint large-scale installer campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Analysis and Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of various digital marketing campaigns, develop improvement measures, and enhance marketing performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, media, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or community management, with experience in managing fan or customer communities preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work in a multilingual environment; knowledge of European languages is a plus.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.
- A proactive work attitude, result-oriented, able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
