What You'll Do
As aRemote Client Support Associate, you'll combine customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and client support in a fully virtual environment.
Connect With Clients

Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

Provide Ongoing Client Support

Assist existing clients with policy-related questions

Conduct policy reviews when appropriate

Assist with beneficiary updates

Maintain accurate digital client records
