Aims International Italia Società Benefit is seeking an International Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts to draft and negotiate a broad range of international agreements, including licensing, distribution and R&D contracts. The role reports to the Legal team and requires a European-qualified lawyer with 4–7 years' post-qualification experience.
The position is based in Ticino, Switzerland, with no remote work. English is essential; Spanish and/or Italian are a plus.
