The Group You’ll Be A Part Of The Global Information Systems Group is dedicated to the success of Lam through providing best-in-class and innovative information system solutions and services. Together, we support users globally with data, information, and systems to achieve their business objectives. The Impact You’ll Make Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT relevant activities such as: IT infrastructure, desk side support, client management. Acting as interface between business and core IT teams. What You’ll Do Maintaining IT service levels and supports clients‘ PCs and IT infrastructure environment on a daily basis. Ensuring that IT standards are followed and executed. Assisting in new IT roll-out and integration of business applications. Handling desk side support. Helping end-users with office software & hardware related issues and problems by providing technical expertise. Acting as a communication interface between the regions and the IT organization concerning IT related issues. Addressing It specific issues and problems to the IT organization for finding solutions. Integrating and maintaining hardware and other computer equipment into an asset management system. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting desktops, laptops, and servers within a Microsoft operating system environment. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency and experience in the following areas: Technical Support for End Users Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP CRM Ticketing System Management Microsoft Intune and Onboarding Solutions Network Support and Documentation Network and Firewall Infrastructure Collaboration with Global Teams Active Directory Management VMware Experience The candidate should exhibit strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing and resolving IT-related issues.
