Together with you, we want to continue to successfully expand our IT team and are looking for you as:

Technical / Functional Consultant (m/w/d) Guidewire

• Design and configure Guidewire systems to meet business needs.
• Develop and implement custom solutions within the Guidewire platform.
• Coordinate small, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area.
• Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Your profile

• University degree in computer science, information technology, a related discipline, or a technical subject with additional business qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance in an international environment.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, and the ability to move confidently in an international environment (German or any other European language skills are optional).
