We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Co-Founder (future CAIO) f/m/d to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

1. Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones
2. Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup
3. Oversee and manage ML / LLM model development and deployment
4. Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation
5. Bridge the gap from strategy to implementation
6. Take action in other areas of the venture when and where needed

Requirements

1. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment
2. Effective communication and collaboration skills
3. Strong knowledge of chat- and document-based classification and extraction
4. Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Graph / Vector / Relational)
5. Expertise with ML Ops, as well as model training, evaluation, and deployment cycles
6. Deeply interested in applied machine learning use-cases
7. Fluent in English; German or any other languages are a plus
8. Previous startup experience is a plus
