About the Position:
This position is in the Operations and Cyber Directorate Resource Group (J-3) at Headquarters, U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM), Stuttgart, Germany. Provides technical advice on a continuing basis for the execution of a multitude of short- and long-term management programs, projects, and activities that are generated within and outside the directorate related to civilian and military manpower.
