Make a difference | Your mission

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and expand our safety organization, including ASA and Safety Flash initiatives. Establish and foster our safety culture.
  • Consultation & Implementation: Serve as the main contact for all occupational safety topics and develop safety and operational instructions.
  • Accident Management: Investigate, analyze, and report incidents to the corporate level. Create Safety Flash reports as needed.
  • Safety Measures: Identify trends, implement preventive actions, and plan inspections, audits, and training sessions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our HSE Europe team and Quality Management.

People for people | Your Carefluencer profile

  • Qualification: Certified occupational safety specialist (per ASiG/DGUV Vorschrift 2) and trained hazardous materials officer.
  • Professional Background: Ideally, a technician (master craftsman) or engineer with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Skills: High safety awareness, communication skills, responsibility, teamwork, and independence.
  • Travel: Willing to travel approximately 3 days per week.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English.
