Duration: 12 months (extension of up to another 12 months possible)

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting on time and efficiently a manager or a team in operational, planning or organizational tasks.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Commodity Multi-Functional Team(MFT) support.
- Tenders and supplier selection processes support.
- Contract management support: Set-up, negotiate & manage contractual agreements with suppliers, including negotiations for existing contracts & new supplier contracts.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of project management, negotiation or an equivalent field of study.
- First practical experience in the field of procurement and project management is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
- Negotiation skill and the ability to persuade, influence and convince.
- Leadership and management.
- Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks.
- Skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management.
- Business fluent level of English.
