Your missionTasks (Finance/Controlling)Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Finance, Controlling, and Procurement departmentsManagement and continuous development of all finance-related functions, including Controlling and AccountingDevelopment and implementation of financial, budgeting, and growth strategiesCorporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingPreparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGBOptimization of cash flow and working capital managementIntroduction and development of KPIs for performance analysis, followed by derivation and implementation of optimization measuresCreation of business cases for investment projects and financingMain point of contact for banks, auditors, tax advisors, and authoritiesAnalysis of global market risks and treasury managementTasks (Procurement)Strategic and operational leadership of the Procurement departmentResponsibility for supplier management, contract negotiations, and contract conclusionsEnsuring compliance with legal and company-specific regulations in procurement (e.g., Code of Conduct, audits)Market analysis, monitoring of price developments, and sourcing of new suppliersIdentification of savings potentials and implementation of cost optimization programsKPI-based reporting and responsibility for the procurement budgetYour profileSuccessfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial EngineeringAt least 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and/or Procurement, ideally in an international environment (industry knowledge in aviation is an advantage)Proven leadership experience and competence in managing interdisciplinary teamsSound understanding of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with other tools (e.g. ERP)Proven leadership skills and strong communication skillsVery good written and spoken English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)Process and project-oriented approachStrong communication skillsTarget- and solution-focussed approachOnboarding: Up to 3 months at the Memmingen locationDriving licence (min.
