Your mission

• Ensuring on-time and efficient production planning using the known demand and forecast figures of our external and internal customers as well as the available production capacity
• Monitoring the production process, identifying deviations, analysing causes and independently initiating special measures if necessary
• Troubleshooting if bottlenecks are imminent, rescheduling the order sequence in coordination with the production managers if necessary, taking special measures independently if necessary, or escalating based on a defined escalation level
• Acting as contact person for production and internal departments in the fields of development, purchasing and sales
• Formulating and implementing improvement potentials for affected business processes
• Digitising and standardising processes
• Order tracking and ERP system maintenance

Your profile

• University degree in the field of production planning (business administration, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of production processes (aviation, automotive or the like)
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Very good written and spoken English skills (any additional foreign language skills would be an advantage)
• Process and project-oriented approach
• Hands-on mentality
• High willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills
• Target- and solution-focussed approach
• Driving licence (min. Cat. B)
