You'll advise end customers from the first estimate to the signed contract — the AI handles the paperwork, you handle the people.
As an in-house mortgage advisor you'll guide end customers through their financing — from the first estimate through the document check to choosing the right bank offer. AirCredit's AI is at your side, preparing the verified document file so you can focus on advice and closing.
You'll work from our Berlin office as part of the team, receive qualified enquiries directly through the platform (no cold calling) and feed your practical knowledge back into the product.
What you'll do
- Personal advice to end customers on their mortgage — clear, honest and on equal footing.
- Select and compare concrete bank offers from around 600 partners together with the customer.
- Guide the whole process through to the signed loan agreement.
- Work with AI-prepared document files instead of hours of sorting.
- Feed back to product and team so advice and tooling keep getting better.
What you bring
- Experience in mortgage advisory or bank sales.
- A § 34i GewO permit (or willingness to obtain it soon) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people and their goals.
- Diligence and reliability when handling sensitive financial data.
- Excellent German; openness to digital tools and new ways of working.
An existing bank or customer network, additional languages or a proven closing track record. Not required — attitude counts more.
