Senior Product Data Analyst

Are you passionate about data analysis and want to make a real impact on improving our product portfolio? Then join us as a Senior Product Data Analyst! Data is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a candidate to level up our product development with bold data analysis and game changing insights.

You will be working with a seasoned and highly motivated multi-cultural team of Data Engineers, DataOps, Data Scientists and Data Analysts spread across Europe. You will have the challenge of supporting our business needs in a fast-changing environment and helping AirHelp reach the next level of data maturity.

You will work closely with the Product team on developing relevant data models and generating valuable insights to boost our product portfolio. You will also be in charge of conducting advanced analysis and developing appealing visualizations, dashboards and storytellings for relevant business stakeholders in the area.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end analytical process in the product development cycle, from ideation and opportunity sizing to experimentation and post-launch impact analyses and monitoring.
  • Build robust relationships with product managers and development teams, acting as a proactive, strategic link between data, engineering and business.
  • Translate product questions and hypotheses into advanced analysis and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate in the design and monitoring of experiments in digital products (A/B testing)
  • Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards to monitor relevant.
  • Collaborate with data science projects development through exploration analysis, proof of concepts ML models and experimentation.

Ideally you’ll bring with you:

  • Proven experience in a product data analyst role working with large datasets.
  • Experience in product facing teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with dbt data modeling framework.
  • Experience with commercial BI tools (Periscope, Looker, Tableau or others).
  • Strong knowledge on website traffic tracking with Google Analytics.
  • High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time, successfully able to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of software development and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work on Google Analytics large data sets in BigQuery.
  • Strategic thinking and fundamentals of project management.
  • Experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products (A/B test, multivariate, etc).
