Your Responsibilities
- Providing operational support for construction projects and working closely with management on technical projects
- Organizing, coordinating, and supervising maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel
- Obtaining and comparing quotes from external companies and preparing a quote comparison sheet
- Supporting and assisting with site inspections as well as ongoing renovation and new construction projects (including a new wellness area)
- Serving as the point of contact for TÜV and safety inspections (e.g., elevators, fire safety, electrical systems)
