- Monitor and diagnose infrastructure issues, responding to alerts independently or with DevOps.
- Create and improve monitoring rules and perform basic DevOps tasks.
- Document all processes and participate in on-duty shifts.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Technical Support experience.
- Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and version control systems.
- B2+ English and fluent Ukrainian language.
