Overview
We are seeking an experienced Completions Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a major onshore energy infrastructure project.
The role will be responsible for managing completions activities, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring quality compliance, and delivering project handover documentation throughout the construction and commissioning phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project completions plans and processes.
- Coordinate completions activities across construction, commissioning, and project teams.
- Track and manage completions status, punch lists, and handover documentation.
- Ensure all completions activities comply with project requirements, industry standards, and quality procedures.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve completions-related issues.
- Support project handover and final acceptance activities.
- Provide guidance and support to junior completions personnel where required.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-7+ years of completions experience within EPCI, energy, industrial, or major infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing completions systems, handover dossiers, and turnover documentation.
- Knowledge of industry standards including API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTM.
- Strong understanding of construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes.
- Experience using completions tracking and documentation software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HSE and risk management requirements within large-scale projects.
