Airswift is currently looking for a Senior Drilling Supervisor for a 4 to 6 months contract Job Title: Senior Drilling Supervisor Duration: 4 to 6 months contract can be extendable Rotation: 3/3 Schedule: 12 hours Shift Project: Deep Geothermal Small Rig Location: Lausanne, SwitzerlandKey ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a strong Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture across all site activities. Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures. Coordinate contractors, service providers, and field personnel to maintain safe and efficient operations. Monitor daily drilling activities, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions when required. Support drilling program execution and oversee contractor performance management. Manage operational risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.Required Experience & QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in Onshore Oil & Gas and/or Deep Geothermal Drilling Operations. At least 2 years of operational experience in Continental Europe. Proven leadership experience managing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated commitment to HSE, security, and environmental standards. Valid certifications: IWCF Level 4 OPITO H2S MIST or BOSIET OEUK Medical CertificateIdeal Candidate ProfileExperienced drilling professional with extensive knowledge of onshore drilling operations and deep geothermal projects. Strong track record of supervising contractors and service companies in demanding field environments. Safety-focused leader capable of maintaining operational excellence while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
