Gather, analyse and document business requirements across complex environments Support large-scale migration and transformation initiatives Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and requirements elicitation sessions Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple departments and seniority levels Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve BA workflows and delivery Support project planning, testing, change management, and implementation activities Must-Have Skills:
10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services Proven experience delivering migration projects Strong stakeholder management skills across complex organisational structures Excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities Experience using AI tools to enhance business analysis activities and productivity Ability to work onsite in Vienna approximately twice per week Available to start immediately Nice-to-Have:
Experience within large enterprise transformation programmes Knowledge of change management and process optimisation Exposure to digital transformation initiatives involving AI technologies
