Airteam is a SaaS startup that offers an AI-powered data processing cloud platform specifically for roofers and solar planners. Powered by our product, our customers can turn simple drone data into actionable 3D models and measurement reports.
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our international, motivated and passionate team.
Tasks
- Designing features with detailed user flows & prototypes, iterating based on feedback, and supporting implementation.
- Maintaining a consistent UI across Airteam’s digital products, adapting a component library to Airteam’s brand, and documenting the design system.
- Improving design processes by monitoring UX/UI changes, defining success metrics, and measuring performance.
- Conducting interviews with customers, analyzing data, and documenting findings.
- Analyzing quantitative user behavior data using tools like Google Analytics, Lokker, and Big Query.
- Maintaining and developing user personas.
- You will be working within the product team and reporting to the CPO.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a UX designer with a portfolio focusing on web and mobile applications.
- Collaborative with developers.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Quick learner, adept at mastering new tools.
- Dedicated to improving customer experience and promoting inclusivity.
- Skilled in conducting qualitative research, engaging directly with users, and gathering insights from sales and customer support teams.
- Experience in Adobe is a nice to have.
