You will analyze and resolve issues in first-level support—both remotely and on-site.
You will manage and monitor our IT systems and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
You will administer users, permissions, and access rights.
You'll actively participate in IT projects, taking on your own tasks and responsibilities.
You'll manage our workplace environment—from Microsoft 365 accounts to smartphones, telephony, and workplace hardware.

Ideally, you've already gained some professional experience in IT support, service desk, or system administration.
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ideally Entra ID as well.
You enjoy analyzing technical problems, identifying root causes, and developing sustainable solutions.
You communicate confidently and effectively in German (at least C1 level) and have a good command of English.
You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on solutions.
You stand out for your sense of responsibility, service orientation, and team spirit.
