In this role, you’ll implement and maintain customer-specific work processes and procedures while managing assigned administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver exceptional service and uphold our standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEntry of shipments and processing of import orders /li liSupporting and advising the customers and agents /li liPreparation and monitoring of offers /li liEnsuring and processing billing to customers /li liProcessing of special orders, as well as complaints /li liPreparation of delivery bills, customs documents, etc. /li liMonitoring appointments /li liMaintenance of statistics for performance measurement and as a basis for accounting /li liDocumentation and optimization of workflows /li liSupport of supervisors in projects /li liDocumentation and filing of files /li liPerforming general administrative tasks /li liExecute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable) /li liContribute actively to a healthy and secure work environment by reporting unsafe/unsecure/unhealthy conditions and possible improvements /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCompleted training in freight forwarding /li liEventually completed trainings and professional courses in the field of import, DG (Dangerous Goods) /li liseveral years of professional experience in the commercial area of import air freight /li liEfficient, fast and independent way of working /li liAbility to work in a team /li liResponsibility and reliability /li liGood organizational skills /li liProactive, responsible and dynamic personality /li liTeam and service orientation /li liFluent oral and written English and German /li liAdditional (major) European languages would be an asset /li liStrong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred /li liExperience in the use of a freight forwarding software /li /ul h3About AIT Worldwide /h3 pAIT Worldwide Logistics is a global freight forwarder that helps companies grow by expanding access to markets all over the world where they can sell and/or procure their raw materials, components and finished goods.
