Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced QuickBooks professionals with strong sales operations, revenue, or commercial experience for a short-term AI training and evaluation project. We’re looking for professionals with 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience and 5+ years of professional sales, sales operations, revenue, account management, or related commercial experience who can apply their real-world expertise to realistic business workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Apply your QuickBooks and commercial expertise to realistic professional tasks.
- Help translate real-world workflows into structured work for AI training and evaluation.
- Review outputs for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality.
- Identify workflow issues, inconsistencies, or gaps and provide clear feedback.
- Iterate based on project guidelines and reviewer feedback.
- Specific workflows, tools, and training will be provided to selected experts.
Who You Are
We’re looking for professionals who:
- Have 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience
- Have 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, account management, business development, or related commercial work
- Have personally used QuickBooks in customer, revenue, invoicing, payment, sales tracking, or related workflows
- Can clearly explain how those workflows operate in practice
- Bring strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
- Are comfortable documenting processes and working from detailed project requirements
- Are available to start immediately
- Can commit 30–40 hours per week for approximately two weeks
- Relevant backgrounds may include Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Account Management, Business Development, Commercial Operations, Sales Management, or small-business leadership.
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor or other QuickBooks certifications are a plus. Prior AI training, evaluation, task creation, annotation, or similar experience is also a plus.
