Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced US-based accounting professionals with strong QuickBooks expertise for a short-term AI training and evaluation project with an immediate start. We're looking for professionals with 5+ years of accounting experience and at least 3 years of hands-on QuickBooks experience who can apply their real-world expertise and professional judgment to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Apply your accounting and QuickBooks expertise to realistic professional tasks.
- Review AI-generated work for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality.
- Identify errors or gaps and provide clear, expert feedback.
- Complete work according to project guidelines and quality standards.
- Specific workflows, tools, and training will be provided to selected experts.
Who You Are
- Are currently based in the United States.
- Have 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Have 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience, ideally with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
- Have strong practical knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping workflows.
- Are comfortable working independently and applying professional expertise to unfamiliar or complex tasks.
- Relevant backgrounds may include Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, Bookkeeper, CPA, or similar roles.
- Prior AI training or evaluation experience is a plus. Sales, account management, or other customer-facing experience is also a plus.
