AIYA Europe has been importing the highest quality Matcha teas for the European market for almost 20 years. Our product portfolio covers the entire spectrum between bulk products for industrial customers and retail products for end consumers. Since 1.1.2021 we are IFS Broker certified. Junior Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Fulltime – Hamburg

Your future field of activity

• You look after and advise our existing customers in a friendly and professional manner, in person and by telephone, and always provide excellent customer service.
• You support the CS team with order processing.
• You support our sales team with sales activities.
• You communicate with suppliers and logistics service providers.

About you

• You would like to gain your first professional experience.
• You are reliable, a team player and independent.
• You have good language skills: perfect German and very good English; other languages would be an advantage: French, Italian or Spanish.
• You identify with sustainable products in the organic segment.
• You have good IT skills – good knowledge of MS Dynamics / SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.

Salary

The minimum annual salary for this position is €30,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
