AIYA Europe has been importing the highest quality Matcha teas for the European market for almost 20 years. Our product portfolio covers the entire spectrum between bulk products for industrial customers and retail products for end consumers. Since 01.01.2021 we are IFS Broker certified. For our branch in Hamburg we are looking for a temporary position for 2 years to be filled as soon as possible:

Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d)

Fulltime – Hamburg

Your future field of activity

• Goods management for our product portfolio (matcha, leaf tea, tea blend products, accessories) including demand and inventory planning as well as just-in-time delivery
• Collaboration with and management of our existing logistics service providers and suppliers
• Purchasing and order processing for food, services and packaging materials
• Development of new external service providers (e.g. contract filling, packaging)
• Project work in various areas and regular reporting of KPIs
• Various operational tasks in the area of supply chain & logistics: import and export processing, order monitoring, order control, document management, green dot, inventories, invoice control, etc.

About you

• You have already completed a degree in supply chain management or logistics or have completed training in wholesale or foreign trade
• You already have several years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics and/or purchasing, ideally in the food industry
• You have a confident and assertive personality
• You are a good team player, a strong communicator and goal-oriented
• You are fluent in German and English – other languages (Chinese, Japanese) are an advantage
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy sustainable products in the organic segment
• You are confident in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word – knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
