Join our clients expanding Data Collection team as a solutions-oriented Tier 1 Support Engineer, providing crucial global engineering, service, and technical assistance on exciting automotive projects involving a prestigious luxury brand . This role offers a dynamic, hands-on environment where you\’ll be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations for our international customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver remote technical support and efficient troubleshooting for field-related issues.
• Develop rapid and effective solutions for diverse system configurations.
• Undertake frequent international travel (up to 50% on short notice) to provide direct, on-site support for complex technical challenges.
• Play a key support role in project initiations and campaign deployments across various countries.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor\’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science).
• 4 years of experience in technical support or an engineering role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Linux , including scripting and automation.
• Solid multidisciplinary understanding of ECUs, microprocessors, network devices, sensors, and system integration.
• Valid driver\’s license with a clean record.
