Stellenbeschreibung * Act as the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues while providing clear and user-friendly solutions * Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless employee experience * Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including hardware preparation, account setup, and supporting new employees during their first days * Maintain and manage IT hardware, procurement, inventory, device management, and identity management for the Berlin office * Support Corporate IT initiatives related to infrastructure, workplace technology, and security, while maintaining documentation and internal knowledge bases Profil * You have at least one year of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role within a corporate or SMB environment * You possess strong technical skills, particularly in macOS environments, and enjoy solving technical challenges * You are service-oriented, approachable, and passionate about helping colleagues overcome technology-related issues * You communicate clearly and empathetically, translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand guidance for non-technical users * You are based in Berlin and have fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage but not required
