Represent the function in discussions with senior management, customers, and development partners. Profil Master's degree or higher in Automotive Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field, with specialization in vehicle dynamics or control theory. More than 15 years of experience in the development of vehicle dynamics control systems or related automotive technologies. Proven track record of technical leadership and engineering management, including successful delivery and launch of automotive programs. Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics controls, control system development, and automotive engineering processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure and demanding timelines. Strong team player with proven experience working in international and multicultural environments. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness and ability to travel to China on a regular basis (approximately 20% of working time).
