As we scale, we're looking for an IT Administrator who wants more than a helpdesk job: someone ready to take real ownership of our IT landscape and grow with us.

Your role

• Take full ownership of our local IT infrastructure, networks, and servers
• Spot issues before they become problems and resolve hardware and software issues quickly when they do arise
• Install and configure network routing, hardware and software
• Keep our email servers, firewalls, and network security airtight
• Safeguard our data with solid backup and recovery routines
• Drive digitalisation projects that make the whole company work smarter
• Be the trusted go-to person colleagues turn to with any IT question

What you bring

• Completed IT training or a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• Several years of experience with MS SharePoint, networking, databases and cybersecurity
• A knack for designing and developing databases
• Experience managing ERP and DMS systems
• A structured, process-oriented way of working
• A hands-on mentality: reliable, solution-oriented, and independent
• Very good German and good English
