Profile: HVAC / Power Electronics Engineer
We are looking for an experienced HVAC / Power Electronics Engineer to join the engineering team of a leading company operating in the consumer electronics sector, based in Germany.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid technical background and hands-on experience in one or both of the following areas: HVAC systems and Power Electronics. We are particularly interested in professionals who have already developed specific expertise in these fields and are comfortable working on complex engineering projects from concept through development and validation.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop and optimize HVAC and/or power electronics systems and components.
- Contribute to the development of new products and technologies, from initial concept to testing and validation.
- Analyze system and component performance, identify technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including R&D, mechanical engineering, electronics, software and product development.
- Support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting and qualification activities.
- Contribute to technical documentation, specifications and continuous product improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience of at least three years in HVAC and/or Power Electronics
- Proven professional experience in HVAC and/or Power Electronics.
- Strong knowledge of relevant engineering principles, technologies and development processes.
- Practical experience with product development, testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and translate requirements into effective engineering solutions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
- Fluent or professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of German is considered a plus.
The gross annual salary for this role starts at 40.000 thousand euros gross per annum.
The position is framed within the framework of the CCNL of Commerce and Tertiary applied by Akronos Technologies Group.
Positioning within the range will be defined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be evaluated with internal approval.
