Your Responsibilities As part of our Onsite IT Support Team, you will be one of the first points of contact for employees experiencing technical issues or requiring IT assistance. Your responsibilities will include: Providing face-to-face IT support and walk-in support Receiving, processing and documenting incidents and service requests Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Supporting users with laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and applications Setting up, configuring and deploying IT hardware Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding Preparing and providing IT equipment for new employees Supporting mobile devices and mobile communication services Providing technical support for meeting and conference rooms Supporting hardware ordering, inventory management and asset management Maintaining accurate asset and inventory information Documenting and following up on support cases within the ticketing system Routing and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate support teams Working closely with local and international IT teams Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation and support services What You Bring For us, great IT support is not only about technical knowledge – it is also about communication, ownership and service mentality.
