As a Director of Biostatistics , you’ll bring expert statistical leadership, strategic vision, and scientific insight to key clinical studies across all phases of development. What You\’ll Do :

• Provide expert statistical input into clinical development plans, trial designs, and regulatory submissions
• Lead and mentor biostatistics professionals across project teams, including internal staff and external partners
• Ensure statistical deliverables meet timelines, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and contribute to high-level project strategies
• Represent the function in regulatory meetings, scientific working groups, and cross-industry initiatives
• Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in statistical methodologies and practices

Who You Are :

Education & Experience

• PhD or Master’s in Statistics or a related field
• Extensive experience in clinical development within pharma, biotech, CROs, or academic research settings
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Deep knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
