Summary: The Master Scheduler in Birr Rotor Shop works in the Materials Management Organization as a production planner for the manufacturing of generator rotors, gas turbine rotors, and steam turbine rotors.
The person is responsible for the delivery reliability of customer orders, taking into account inventory reduction and optimal resource utilization.
The Master Scheduler acts as the central conductor between all production stakeholders involved, such as manufacturing engineers, production operators, procurement and sourcing, material planners, and the quality department.

Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to the Master Schedule with the goal of achieving 90% OTD while maximizing the utilization of production resources (machinery and personnel) and minimizing inventory levels.
Production Planning assist in the inventory optimization projects.

Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including the enhancement of relevant systems with main focus on APS FELIOS.
Cross‑Functional
