What you will do:

  • Create Impact for Our Clients: Work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. Conduct research, conduct interviews, analyze data to gain insights, assess problems, structure solutions and work on projects such as IT mergers, strategic transformations and CIO/CSO reorganizations.
  • Dive into Problem-Solving: Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analysis, and present findings to your ALAIKA team members and client stakeholders. Gain first insights into project deliverables, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Project Placement: As a 3-month Fellow , we will try our best to get you on a project so you can gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to our client work, both a meta level—shaping strategic direction—and a micro level—delivering precise, high-value execution.
  • Grow & Take Over Responsibility: Apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one. Take on increasing responsibility, contributing to both client projects and at least one internal initiative.
  • Support Sales Material and Proposal Development: Assist in creating sales materials, developing proposals, and supporting external communications and events.
  • ALAIKA School: Learn and collaborate with the best consultants in the technology and financial services areas.

Your Profile:

  • Background: Currently studying, or about to graduate, in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) at a top-tier university (minimum 4. Bachelor-semester).
  • Relevant Experience: You bring previous professional experience as a working student or intern, ideally in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) startup, fast-growing company, top strategy consulting, or investment banking/venture.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, takes ownership, and prefers to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
