Identify new and expanded opportunities to grow the business. Thought leadership in adjacent topics, including fintech, ESG, CX/UX, and macro‑economic impacts on BFSI. Develop others, build a followership, and model firm values with a strong personal brand. Experience & Qualifications 10+ years as an insurance expert in a global tier‑1 consulting or insurance organization. Proven track record in insurance technology, innovation, and thought leadership. Global work experience across EMEA with regulatory knowledge. Strong negotiation and team‑leading skills. Published work, keynotes, and industry recognition.
