To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Head of Finance (m/w/d)
You will take responsibility for the entire finance department of a medium-sized manufacturing company and act as a strategic advisor to the management team.
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for accounting, controlling, treasury and reporting
- Management of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Further development of KPI, reporting and forecasting processes
- Production controlling, cost accounting and working capital management
- Point of contact for banks, auditors and tax advisers
- Support for investment and transformation projects
- Optimisation of ERP and finance processes
- Management and development of the finance team
Your profile
- Several years’ experience in the finance department of a manufacturing company
- Management experience in a medium-sized business
- Strong knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB), management accounting and cash flow management
- A hands‑on approach combined with strategic thinking
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally Infor)
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Good command of English
