You understand how real estate companies work and show them how the right software helps them focus on what truly matters. As a Solution Architect, you combine technical expertise with consultative skills and lay the groundwork for five- or six-figure deals.

What you'll do

  • Advise on the tech side: Support the sales process from discovery to tailored demos to solution architecture that fits the customer's system landscape.
  • Go deep: Lead discovery workshops and technical deep dives with prospects and assess technical feasibility.
  • Design solutions: Create scalable solution architectures including integration, configuration, and implementation recommendations.
  • Build bridges: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product—feeding customer insights directly into product development.
  • Scale knowledge: Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and reference architectures for internal teams.
  • Enable teams: Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Support with technical know-how and strategic insights.

What you bring

Must-Haves

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect) with a pre-sales focus.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and modern web technologies.
  • Ability to translate business processes into digital solutions and communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry.
