For one of our client, an international luxury company based in Nyon, we are looking for :Trade Marketing / Gifting Project Manager80–100%3 months temporary assignementProfileThe Trade Marketing- Gifting Project Manager drives the development and execution of gifting initiatives across events, boutiques, and client programs. Operating from HQ with a worldwide scope, this role covers the complete project lifecycle - from concept and briefing to production and delivery - ensuring every initiative reflects the Maison’s standards of excellence.Your ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project ManagementLead the full lifecycle of gifting projects, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and timelines.Manage project roadmaps, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.Track project budgets, control costs, and drive efficiency across development cycles.Briefing Creative Follow-UpTranslate marketing and commercial objectives into creative, impactful gifting concepts.Draft clear project briefs for internal teams, agencies, and suppliers.Oversee development, prototyping, sampling, and validation phases. (Print production knowledge is a strong plus).Production LogisticsCoordinate relationships with external suppliers, manufacturers, and production partners.Monitor production quality, cost compliance, and delivery lead times.Oversee logistics workflows to ensure smooth worldwide distribution from HQ to local markets.Worldwide Support DeploymentPartner with regional and local teams to ensure seamless rollout and consistency across all markets.Provide guidelines, tools, and operational support from HQ to facilitate international deployment.Qualifications5+ years of experience in trade marketing, gifting, project management, or product development within the luxury sector.Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, balancing creativity with operational rigor.Strong experience in supplier management, production tracking, and logistics.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and agile in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; French is a plus.Technical knowledge of print production is a strong asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
